Refund policy
Daniel Jessep porcelain cups are designed and made to be used as a drinking vessel, I only accept returns of unused items, or when there's a production fault. Each item is individually handmade, which means there will be "imperfections" which I like to call "unique character". They are not mass produced.
For damaged items in transit, please contact daniel@danieljessep.co.nz as soon as received (and within 5 days). Please supply a photo of the damaged item for claims purposes and hold on to your packaging. I will happily issue you with a refund or arrange a replacement where possible.
If you wish to return an item, please return with the receipt/tax invoice you received at checkout. You may only return the cups if they were purchased online at www.danieljessep.co.nz. If you are wanting to return a cup that was not purchased online, it will need to be returned to the shop where you purchased it.
I can only refund items that have been unused in a re-saleable condition within 7 days of receipt of goods.
To return an item please contact daniel@danieljessep.co.nz to advise of a product return. A return must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
You should then return your item(s) within 7 days of receiving delivery return details. Returns outside these time frames may be accepted at the discretion of Daniel Jessep.
The customer bears the cost of return for all returns due to change of mind. A refund will be issued for the amount paid for the cups minus the cost of postage beared by me to send to the customer.
